Who We Are
Allwin Computers ("we", "us", "our") provides sales of computers, laptops, and peripherals, as well as services including custom PC builds, diagnostics and repairs, CCTV deployment, networking, printers, toner supply, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Personal Data We Collect
- Account & Login: Name, email received via Google OAuth when you choose to sign in (we use login-only Google OAuth; we do not access your contacts or Gmail).
- Orders & Checkout: Name, phone, address, items purchased, order notes.
- Support & Inquiries: Name, phone, and message you submit via the Contact form.
- Device Intake for Repairs: Device make/model, serial, reported issue, basic diagnostics notes.
- Website Usage: Basic analytics and logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed) to secure and improve the site.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, fulfill, and support orders, services, and AMCs.
- To schedule on-site visits (CCTV, networking) and coordinate delivery/installation.
- To communicate updates, invoices, service/repair progress, and security notices.
- To maintain our storefront, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations (tax and accounting).
Payments
We support UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD). For UPI, you are redirected or use a UPI deeplink; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials. We store payment status and references for reconciliation.
